Terrible service

My car window was smashed recently. I made the insurance claim and was told that my local PG Glass in Centurion will contact me to make arrangements. I even received 2 sms's in this regard as well. After 4 days of not hearing from them I decided to go there. They said they forgot to call me, which I accepted and we made arrangements for the repair the following week. The following week came and went as they could not help me as no one ordered the window. I said fine, mistakes happen but please order it and let me know when it will be there. They never did and no one ever phones you back. I spoke to the manager, Chris, with the hope of getting it resolved. Well, another set of empty promises and typical excuses being made. Eventually I was told we can have the work done on Thursday 11 July. When we got there on the 11th they again knew nothing and everyone was making excuses. I lost my temper a little at this time and told them what I thought. They promised me we can have it done this morning at 9am. It remains to be seen. Terrible service (worst I have had in a long time) and their communication is non-existent. 3 weeks later I am hoping it will be sorted out today.
