DONT GO RENAULT, esp if u want to have it for long

These are SOME of the problems i have had prior to this; My broken aircon taken months to repair, my engen cover falling off once i got onto the highway minutes after receiving my car from a service, my oil light being on when receiving my car from repairs when it wasnt on when i gave it in, then having to pay extra to find out why it is on now! Most recent problem, I have had to send in my Renault Megan 3 times in the last 2 years each time for a clutch repair which costs more than R10 000! I drove a Mazda2 for 3 years and did not have one problem. Each time I received my car back I got it back with a problem that wasnt there before. After the recent clutch repair they said my airbag spiral is bent and they noticed it because of the clicking sound the steeringwheel made. I told them it wasnt there when I gave my car in and Grant the service manager said "prove it, your car has 170000km you will need to start replacing all of your major parts now" and told me to pay to fix it or leave. I called customer care and Bernadette Erasmas said "your car has 170000km on the clock, its no longer under warranty and Renault will not fix the spiral if you are unhappy call a Ombudsman"
