After Car sales

I have recently taken ownership of a second Audi S3 from ActiveAuto ("AA").

To my concern, the Audi experienced electrical problems which had been subsequently rectified by AA.

After I received my car back, the brakes started exhibit a tendency to squeak loudly.

I requested for AA to rectify this problem, but they have failed to take me seriously and have not bothered to respond back i.e by not answering my calls and/or responding to the emails I sent (02/07/13).

AA too promote themselves with brilliant after car sale services, but have yet to even send me my car licence papers that they have supposedly registered after a month now!

I either take it incompetence is rife there or there is little regard for after car sales once they have proudly sold their cars.

Be wary when acquiring a motor vehicle from this dealership since they are more than happy to mislead you with a smile on their faces.
