Last year when my car went for it's annual service I have been advised that my car (i20 known for problems with clutch!) must be brought back at a time convenient for me for another replacement (as this has been done the year before, but in the meantime it's been upgraded and my car needs to be fitted with the newer version!). When I have returned at a more convenient time, in March to get this done, they could not assist me right away as they did not have a loan car for me (as per the service manager I qualified for this as this is the 2nd time my car will be in for the same problem). But since March till now I heard nothing from them and now my car had to go back for this years annual service and I have asked them to get this done now as my car is there. BUT now all of the sudden they do not want to do this as they cannot just do a replacement if nothing is wrong? I have told them on numerous occasions that this was them (the service manager who is also now on leave) who told me my car must come back for this replacement, but they just keep on insisting that there is nothing wrong!! I am so frustrated!!! I have dealt with the dealer principle also, but still no joy!!!
