Took My car to centurion car service city for a 'maintenance service'.On Wednesday 19th June 2013 after I had booked a place the previous day. Hugo promised to phone me & let me know whats wrong with car, if anything. I wait until 10:30 and still no answer from Hugo-I phone him to find out that my car needs a new radiator and radiator-fan. Hugo again promises car will be done that day. I have to phone at 3 again for progress report, I get told the mechanic got hurt they'll 'try' finish my car thge next day. Friday still no car. I have to phone again and be very stern about the fact that I'm coming for my car. I finally get. It at 16:55 on friday. It sounds and looks okay. I pay R466f for Maintenance. Monday drive to work - afternoon I get to car and there is oil beneath the car! They never put the cap back on (?!). Hugo says 'it couldve stripped/ fallen off'' wants to charge me another R447 for their mistake! I said no way! is done foc. 3 days later suddenly battery starts dying &alternator, I had to have it repaired that day 27/28..a new battery R1050 &Repairs done R95&taxi fare R500- coincedence that all these new problems suddenly start bad service experience there --i think not!
