Exceptional Customer Service

I believe that we are very quick to complain and not quick enough to compliment. Over the past 7 years I have been living in Benoni and only ever use the services of the Sasol based at the Rynfield Terrace. The reason for this is simply that their attendants are extremely well mannered, treat customers like they are part of the family and are always keen to impart knowledge on their product. I have always been attended to by Laurel and David (who I believe has moved on). Laurel is always there to greet me with a smile. I am also a customer who purchases my gas bottles from the very same Sasol, and whilst they are a little more expensive than other suppliers, its the customer service that I go back for each time. Today was no exception. There appeared to have been a problem with my gas bottle which I purchased at the Sasol just over 2 months ago. I popped into the garage, spoke to Laurel and he told me he would discuss this with the manager or owner. This morning the manager gladly gave me another gas cylinder without any problem. I am so impressed with this level of customer service and will continue to support this Sasol!
