Bmw service!

As per the e mails below, I've tried for months to get info about purchasing a new car but nobody ever gets back to, I've even e mailed the dealer principle, sales managers,
And still no response, I've had Bmw's from the age of 18 and change it Every year but it's the first time I've received service like this. You guys call all go Die!

Every time I call in, your sales consultants promise to get back to me but never do.

This is very unprofessional, my entire have purchased vehicles from your branch and so did I.

I'd like to upgrade my Bmw...

To think with this tough economic time sales consultants would jump & assist clients but it's clearly the opposite.
