Poor customer service never buying another Renault

I bought a ruby-red Renault Megan Expression Coupe on the 25th of March 2013 but fetched it on the 5th of April 2013. When i got it it was scratched, I told the dealer and she said I can take it home and bring it back the following week and she will get it painted free of charge. I returned it and she did get it painted but a month later I noticed the painted panel was not the same as the rest of the car in colour, I reported this to her and she said I should bring it in and she will have a look at it, we made an appointment and when I arrived she had left. She called me a week later and gave me excuses and said she she will talk to the people who painted the car and get back to me, it's been more than a week now and I haven't heard from her, even before I noticed the change in colour she had started to change her service, she would say she will get back to me and never do so on my requests. This is my first car and I've decided I will never buy another Renault again, because the post purchase service is very poor.
