Lack of Communication, Parts Missing, BAD SERVICE

I took my car for a service last week Wednesday, I got a call later that day advising me of what needs to be replaces etc. Peter told me I can pick my car up between 4:30-4:45, I got there he said they just finishing up with the cam-belt I can come back at 5:15, got there he said that his still waiting for the rear window wiper, and that he told me that it will be better to pick the car up the next morning, which he didn't. He could have told me that when I got there the first time OR phoned me. Due to work obligations, I could only pick my car up on Friday. On the Friday I paid R6000 odd for the service, the wiper cost me R980 R450 for labor, only to find that I'm missing a part, Peter told me he would immediately phone the warehouse and call me back for the part. Its Monday morning and I'm still waiting for his call. Paying that much money I expect the car to be 100%, and I expect them to check that everything is 100%. I will not phone them and ask for parts, its their job to do so, I am the paying customer. I expect my part to be ready at the shop today, or a full refund. I really do miss the Old management team. Hugo's team was so sufficient, this would never have happened with them
