Parcel not yet delivered after 3 weeks

I am really disappointed at the service (no service) received from TNT Express Couriers. Our company in South Africa sent an envelope with documents to Burundi on 10 June 2013, and it is still not delivered today (1 July 2013). On their system, they indicates that it is an incorrect address, however, we have sent documents previously to the SAME ADDRESS, through the South African Post Office and the Company in Burundi received it.

The contact details of the both companies are on the waybill slip. None of us were contacted to confirm the address.

I have also logged a complain Friday (28 June 2013), on the TNT website and sent them an e-mail, and still didn't receive feedback. This is really unacceptable and unprofessional. Will rather not sent documents through them again.
