REPAIRS TO COLT CLUBCAB PROMISE TO REFUND

In December of 2011, I had damaged the head on my Colt Club Cab (Reg: NUR45635), of which my friend, colin advised me to take my vehicle to Berea Auto (his fathers garage), as he would repair it at a reasonable and proffessional price. I paid him over R10 000 when I collected my bakkie on the Saturday to realise that there were things I wasnt happy with and I also asked for the old head that he took off and was told it is lying around the workshop somewhere, never to be given. I complained that my vehicle was not right and he said I must just drive it and come back later. Within a few hours upon fetching the vehicle, things started going wrong and the vehicle was not repaired as I paid for IN CASH. and when my mother called his wife she said that the vehicle was 100%, but I was not happy with the response I got so I called for a second opinion, Eagle Arm Engineering they came out to assess the damage. ATTACHED ASSESSMENT LETTER AND WORK CARRIED OUT letter. We then called you and after lengthy arguing, you agreed that you would pay towards the repairs which amounted to R7752-00 of which I paid *(once again) in cash R4000 . Your promise has now gone over a year and still no payment
