Beware GWM - no service back up

My new GWM Steed 2, 0 4wd went for a service (20 000km) the day before leaving for a trip to Jhb. During the trip, it lost power and on inspection, it was found ot have a broken pipe between the air cleaner and the turbo. This affected the air flow sensor which caused the loss of performance. On taking the vehicle back to the agents, we were amazed to find out that the mechanic knew that the pipe was broken at the service but they did nothing about it. The vehicle has now been back for 5 days and they still cannot get it running properly. The dealer principle does not take my calls and after numerous requests for him to call me back, he does not do so. No vehicle after 5 days and no courtesy vehicle as a replacement, after many requests for one! Stay away from this brand!!!
