Toyota unable to repair own defects

I bought my Hilux new and from day one the gearbox made a noise. During the 30 000km service they admitted the gearbox had to be overhauled under the guarantee and accordingly did so. Since the overhaul, the gearbox is leaking oil and I had to return my vehicle three times to have it repaired, with no success. Prior to the overhaul my vehicle had no oil leaks at all. Every time I am being told that the oil is being forced out the breather and that they can't determine the reason why. When I collected my vehicle after the last attemp to repair the oil leak, I was told that it was fixed. I was told that a new breather and gasket around the gearlever were fitted. Two days later the oil was still dripping down the vehicle. I was stunned, amazed and dumbfounded to see that a rubber pipe was attached to the gearbox and the other was tied up with a cable tie onto the aircon pipe above the left front fender. At this end a piece of metal was clamped to the pipe to try and prevent the oil from exiting. This did not do the job and now the oil is being sprayed over everything below. The job looks like a backyard mechanic job and not as expexted from Toyota, it is unreal to just see it.
