I bought a Figo in 2011 and I was handed the car without a service book, in June 2013 in the same branch where I bought my car, My car took 2 days to be services because of the said missing service book.when I asked my sales person he said to wait, in the mean time he went to go and look at cars in the next building at Mazda, after locating him, he left us again to sejrvice a lady who was buying a car. On collecting the car it was dirty and I was told the carwash is not open, I wsa not given receipts of the service because the ford sytem was off.since I work in Nelspruit and had to have the car I left with the car with a promise that the receipts will be sent to my email.till today I am still waiting, whereas I was promised I would receive those the next monday, I would believe that after the experience and my complaint of their treatment, they would at least call to inform me oif the progress I have to call them only to get a defensive and angry"mam I am aware I have not send you the receipt but there is nothing I can do if the Ford system is offline. My verdict is the management of this delearship have breeded an army of ba dservice weho simply do not care: thety already spend my commision.
