Rip off for repairs

The funny petrol bill according to which the car would have used triple the amount of fuel after filling up I could sort out with them. But after going through a narrow road we had bush marks on both sides of the car. Back at the airport I started to erase the marks with a wet paper towel while my wife asked the consultant how much the polishing would cost. After a phone call the answer was R 600. That we could accept as we had to leave for the plane. Approx. one month later I get R 1854 deducted from my credit card - without any warning or comment. I called the service line and for four times was forwarded to the responsible department ending in an automated dead end. The fifth time I refused to get forwarded and the consultant promised to get someone to call me back. Needless to say - never happened. At my sixth call the consulant could get hold of the right person in-house after more than 5 minutes on the line. This lady forwarded me a "quote" from "Tech Sure"(?) saying "bush scratches - left side/right side R 1254". What did they do - wash the car or replace the doors? Plus R 600 administration fee...
