Best service I have recieved from a Dealership

I work in the motor industry myself, and I was simply taking a clients vehicle in for an inspection, etc. Which I do on a regular basis!

But to my surprise it wasn't like any other drop off I have ever experienced thus far...

When I drove into the parking area, parked the vehicle and immediately i was greeted by a lady consultant which knew exactly who I was and what the vehicle was there far.

Walked me into the lobby area where I had a cup of coffee in a very friendly environment, read a few brochures; then was dropped off at work by an extremely professional and friendly driver.

I just really thought this dealership deserved a compliment for the brilliant attitude they have :)
