I bought my hyuandai almost a year ago and it had done 10 000 kms when I bought it, I thought the next service was 20 000kms and when I realised that the my car had nearly 22 000kms on the clock, I phoned to ask about services and I was told today that the first service was meant to be 15 000 and I would have to pay for the first service which is going to cost me R1030.

I realise that this is my responsibility but I feel it is quite a heavy amount that I am being penalised for.
