Terrible service

June 25, 2013 i contacted aramex south africa to find out where my parcel was because it was supposed to be delivered by monday the 24th june 2013. i was told that it will arrive latest by 17:00 pm. it is wednesday the 26th and still there is no delivery. i am really annoyed with there pathetic service and lousy assistance. from being put on hold for more than 5 minutes show lack of customer appreciation. this is the worst courier company ever. THEY EVEN HANG UP THE PHONE WHILE THEY STILL HAVE YOU ON HOLD!!!
