Money deducted off my bank acc. without concernt

I have been renting a car with BUDGET CAR HIRE.This morning I wake up and I get a notification that they have deducted R3058 out of the blue. No contact has been made with me.none what so ever!!!the car was not due back this morning. They are still holding my balance!! I have been calling them since 8h10 this morning. Spoke to Meegashan, Carol and a annoyed Geraldine who says she'll call me back after all clients infront of her are not there coz there's only 2 people in the office. So as a client on a call I'm least important.infact let me just bear it. How dare you just go in someones bank account and transact as you please. Meegashan can't account of R4000 on hold with them what is the deal here? I personally went into the office to clarify things after another "miscommunication" Will my fuel be accounted for? Will my phone minutes be accounted for? Because you have someones details and dealings with them, doesn't warrant that you do as you please with their bank account!!! My bank can't assist as this trnsaction is from the 21st already. No 1 in the branch knows about this deduction.it doesn't reflect on their system??? How scarred should i be???
