Repairs NOT done properly

Yesterday Thursday the 20th and I took delivery of my car at club motors authorized repair centre in retina at 12, Was there exactly at 12pm to collect my car as per Koos, great happy and forgot about the frustration of 2 months that it took to repair, th and wrote a very nice report about the service because I was happy I was getting my car back after 3 months. I drive nicely and decide to go to a petrol station to pour petrol, and realized that the steering wheel is not allowing me to turn, it was completely locked, the worst was yet to happen. At the robots when I had to do a complete turn into Melrose arch, the steering wheel was just too hard and luckily there were no cars coming so I was safe. Could not get into our basement parking because the car cannot turn at all. Called Koos, and it was towed back to the dearlership and had to take public transport back home because I did not have a car yet again and Koos assured me that he will call in the morning, and left messages for him this morning and still nothing. Someone called me from the dealership at 12 to say that they have my car and have not even looked at it and he doubts that I will have it today. 1pm Koos hasn't call
