My car was in for a service in 30 July 2013, breakdiscs were worn out but still under warranty. At that time Pinetown Service Workshops was out of stock. someone was suppose to call me within three days but l never received a call. I even called and booked the car in. Now l am driving a new Tata Indica bought in May 2013 without breaks. On the 8th October booked the car in for the break disks to be replayed. Kristen Close who l left my carcwith for two days did not help. I was promised that in the mean time break discs were going to be schemes as a quick fix solution. At 13h00 on the 9th October my car had not been fixed. And again no one even took time to call me and tell me if my car was going to be fixed. I still drive a Tata without breaks. No one has tried to assist me.
