Poor after sales service and care

I bought a Mahindra XUV 500 in March 2012 and I have had lots of issues on that car from day one one year and 3 months later the following is still not rectified
Brakes noisy
GPS still not working from day one
Whining noise coming from engine / gearbox area
The alarm goes off even if there is nobody near the vehicle
The service agent and Mahidra SA don't care
I had the car valued yesterday and the price has dropped to 180000 in one year and I asked them if they would buy it back but no response
