I advertised for engine in Junkmail, Belinda told me she will supply & deliver in days - we paid R20, 000 & she started making excuses. We insisted return of the money, as we by now had seen numerous complaints from people who had suffered at the de Beers' hands. This was in April 2012! Since then they have promised our money but never paid. Is this some sort of? As it seems obvious that this is their way of securing cash flow at the expense of others. We are victim. How do we recover without taking the law into our own hands? George
