Misdiagnosed?

Cars & Transport

I took my car for service on the 28/05 and found out when I got home the remote key was not working. I called the dealer the following day and was advised to bring the car so they can check. They could not see anything straightaway so the car was booked in for a diagnosis. They came back and told me the locks must be replaced. The car was booked in on the 10/06, and the locks were changed. I was called and informed that the central locking was not working and it has to go for another diagnosis after which I was told the unit has to be replaced.
Considering that the car was working fine before they worked on it on the 28/06, I am so fustrated that I have to be inconvenienced and they don't seem to care. I enquired who will be responsible for the costs, Thabang told me he will get back to me.
