Poor service delivery

Hi I am so with Vw braamfontein their services is so poor they took my car on the 6th of May 2013 because it was refusing to start until now the car is stil with them they are not communication with me everytime i phone them they keep on telling me that they are still checking the car it'd been a month now I dont have a car and everytime I sent my car for service they give eme my car late their service is so poo
