Disrespectful communication from the Superviso

This morning i went to first car rental to return a vehicle to get another one because the one i had was due for service.

The way i got shouted by the Supervisor was as if i am asking for free service.
I am currently using the car although it is over due for service.

Maybe this is a standard service by first car rental to shout at clients.
