Booked a trip for the family on a train to PE from where we will be renting a car. After managing to arrange a rental with First Car Rental I sent them an email explaining that I need to get from the station to their branch. I was contacted by Candy after a few minutes and in the friendliest and most helpful way she made the necessary arrangements and backed it up with an email to confirm.
