From Pillar to Post

I had an incident where one of the Engen Fuel Delivery Trucks turned into my BMW Z4 35i SDrive in December last year in the Germiston area...

Till date no1 can actually assist with the claim, or refer me (or my insurance company) to someone that can assist...

This is PATHETIC!!! I had R130k worth of damage on my car, had an Excess of arund R8k, and Engen is simply sending us from Pillar to post!

This is not acceptable!!! It is now 7 months later, and we are yet to find someone that can resolve this!

Why should I be held liable if their truck driver doesn't know the difference between left and right!!! Worst still is, their driver never even reported the incident to Engen (I phoned them once to enquire the status) - now you can't even get hold of anyone!!!
