Motor Vehicle DUD - not complying to specs/adverts

I hereby wish to place my complete dissatisfaction and annoying un-acceptance of my NEW-GENERATION B 180 Mercedez Benz. I feel that this car definitely does not comply to your specifications, innovations, aspirations and/or the advertisements .. "WE ARE OBVIOUSLY EXPERTS! " My vehicle proved to be the contrary! From the word go my car did not feel/sound 'right'. Many issues like Air-conditioned, door seals, electrical windows and the fact that I paid an additional amount for a MEDIA INTERFACE and could not establish - to this day - what that was for! On our way back from Cape Town my vehicle just cut out/stopped/dead/no sound, power or movement, and left us stranded along a dark lonely road - 15km from Bloemfontein. My car sounds like a big Ford something?? No .. not even a 4X4 double cab bakkie sounds like this B Class Mercedez-Benz. Every time my car goes into the garage it just comes back worse than ever before. The latest visit to the garage they had to go as deep as working/replacing/doing something to the Timing Chain! What next? What about next month, next year or the rest of my life?? I am a disabled pensioner and CANNOT buy another car!
