Selling vehicles that is in a bad mechanical shape

I've got a complaint against, A Family car, 12 Voortrekker str, Brakpan, Gauteng, telnr: 011 740-6399. I bought a Silver, Volvo 850 T5, 1995 for R32000, 00 on 2013/04/30. I took the car home. That is about 80km. The weekend of 2013-05-04 I went to Bethlehem with the car that is about 270km. That was the last time I drove with the car since the enjin seesed. I had to lent a car from my father in law to go back home. I contacted A Family Car to complain and to asked how they going to assist me in repairing the vehicle. They were not helpfull at all and the manager Marius Greyling told my wife that the car was sold as "Voetstoots" so we can do what we want, when the car went out of there premises that is where his resposibility stopped.
