Driver almost knocked me down

On Tuesday 30 April at 4:30 PM a driver nearly knocked us down on the new market road towards the boundary road. there are constructions going on so we are forced to walk just next to the raod he came speeding and honked his horn and nearly knocked 3 people myself included we had to jump off the road into the orange nettings that were protecting a huge ditch which we almost fell into. he was driving so fast I could not get the licence plate but im sure it started with XH the speed limit here is 20km/h but he was driving more than 60km/h. my friends and i almost became the statistics of multiples of people knocked over at the same time.
