Terrible service and bad workmanship

What was thought to be a simple repair turned out worse then the "damage" itself.
Drivers door damage, got car back with drivers side back door with marks on it, the drivers door chipped and the door feeling/sounding as it's loose.
As usual, the response is that "it was there and we have photos to prove it". And they obviously do not take the photos with the customer present and no time stamp on it either. Flawed "process", think about it Lyndhurst Auto.
Darryl's response was the same, cover up instead of addressing the issue/customers query.
Requested to bring car back and to call an hour before, and obviously not available and not return calls on messages left.
So much for good service and "quality workmanship" as your "brochure indicates.
