Im Shocked at the terrible service received

I arranged for a parcel to be shipped to me from China. It was meant to take 3 days. I paid a lot of money for this delivery (in the range of R1200). To cut a long story short, i received the package 19 days later. and whats more is that i had to COLLECT THE PARCEL MYSELF!!!

This is after numerous phone calls to the call centre. I have a long list of people who i spoke to. on friday i even asked the lady (Lerato) to call the driver and ensure the parcel was indeed on its way which she did. I especially made an employee wait at my office until 7 and nothing arrived. I incurred costs because of this blatant disregard for basic customer service. I have since sent an email to Carmen DeVilliers as i dealt with her when this ordeal first started but no reply. Im outraged that this happened and no one seems to care. Your call centre is extremely professional and polite so much so that i considered moving our account with RAM over to DHL. After this however i am in a state of disbelief and it would be great if somebody could actually stand up and explain how this mess occurred.
