This is to express my utter disgust with the services experience with Hyundai since we purchased a new Hyundai H100 in 2005. We have had issues with this vehicle out of the starting blocks! Like; Diff oil leak; crank pulley falling off; rattles everywhere to the extreme of an aviary. The vehicle came across as a poorly quality controlled mass produced assembled vehicle. The technical ability and skills of service personal also came across as lacking! the only changes I have observed was changes in faces, but the level remained the same! The last two services executed by Milnerton in particular simply added the last straw to the camel's back. They also, discovered eureka moment "Fault Reports" However, if challenged it highlights their own ignorance of the subject they have fault diagnosed! The H100 was in perfect running order, but required a 90000KM service which is a major service. The vehicles was returned after padding the bill with; squealing V-Belts; poorly adjusted cam belt; binding rear brakes; low engine oil. Then believe it or not the service manager complains that I the client cannot be satisfied? All I have asked for is acceptable norms! I have paid for it!
