What started off at the beginning of the week as a headache and a worry, was turned into a smile and relief when my 5-day-long issue was escalated (at my request) to Charles.

I have said it already, but I have to make is clear that awesome service, and more importantly understanding and clear thought is possible in a time when people get tied up in burocratic red tape.
