A1 assist refuse to send invoice for tow

I was in an accident, and they towed my scooter without my permission. I have asked them to send me a copy of the invoice and they said that they cant email or scan it because it is yellow and i wont be able to see it. I explained that i cant get to them that i dont have money to go and get the form from them and they said well if i want the form i need to come and get it. They were rude and unprofessional. they had no compassion for the situation that i was in. if this matter is not resolved i will take legal action as i was not compus mentus to be able to deal with any of this.
