Poor servicr delivery and passing the buck

I bought a car for my mother in March which was not registered till yesterday May 28, the temporariri disc expired and they told me they had no petty cash to do this. Worse of all I was promised a two month break period before my 1st installment which was not followed through, when I asked I wad told to now go deal with the bank myself or stick it out even though it was them who promised me the deal and not the bank financing me. This was my 3rd car that iv purchased and never had I dealt with a bunch of unprofessional croocks who I had to chase after, after they had made the commission on my sale! I have and will continue to advise my loved ones never go there to buy a car.
