I purchased a Tata Indica Vista from Auto Pedigree Paarl in November, the service that has followed has been appaling. Not only did they take their time to deliver me the car and give me the cash back offer which caused great inconvenience and cost me money. Once the car did arrive, a long list of faults were given to them which included dents, scratches, wheel shudder at speed, loose door catches and the list goes on. I was informed that they need the car for two days for repairs and services then a further two days for panel beating repairs. My car has since been back and forth, sometimes for days on end with nothing being done. I have tried dealing with Tata directly which Auto Pedigree advised me to do but no joy. Its always a blame game and the buck keeps getting passed and I am now fedup. It has been three months and I am yet to receive the petrol I was promised or the spare keys. The car was said to have an alarm but that turned out to be a lie. I have no choice but to drive the car and it is getting worse, even wearing out my tyres. I would have never bought the car if I knew this was in store for me. This is the worst experience I have ever encountered
