Empty Promises, Unprofessional, Poor Service

On 28 Feb 2013 evening my wife took delivery of a 2011 Hyundai i20. Dries Moolman (Manager) pressured her to accept a tracking device which we had been offered by the tracking company earlier that day and refused. Dries claimed it was part of the deal created by the system - he didn't know how to reverse it. Next morning my wife noticed the auto valet wasn't done as promised - interior had dirt and stains etc. I notified Dries and the salesman Sifiso Wela to resolve all outstanding items by 12 Mar 2013. Sifiso agreed. Only the noisy clutch pedal was serviced on 12 March. Up to this day 16 Mar 2013 the valet, new number plates, tracking device fitment are outstanding. We've had no explanation or commitment from Dries or Sifiso regarding these items. I had complained to Sifiso (salesman) about their poor service earlier but not much changed. They clearly don't care as long as they make the sale. Auto Pedigree gave us a BAD DEAL and we're very disgusted and disappointed in this national company.
