I rented a car from Hertz, lovely service and good price, just to be billed for an extra day due the fact that I was not told that I have to have the car back by 10h00. I returned the car at 11h30 and got charged an extra day. On booking the car I gave the exact times of return and my flight details. Why didn't they charge me for 4 days then knowing my flight details? Furthermore, the car never had a lisence disk and I got fined R500 in a Road block.
