I have been dealing with DHL for the past 9 years but past 3 years the service went down, I did complain then the manager Joann Goodman promised the service will be much better which DHL improved the service but again their service becoming very bad.

My shipment left Bangkok on the 21st May & arrived in JHB 23rd May at 07:56am and I have not received anything which is delay against your policy.

Ray called me said I must make payment of R569 which I did made the payment & mailed it to him then later on Ray contacted me I need to pay the money again sent him the proof bit later he sent me another e-mail reminding me to pay then i received another mail from DHL express I need to pay the amount which I did sent them more than 8 e-mail and my goods still in customs (I guess the whole admin department always on happy hour & smoking Dagga and doesn't know what is going on)

Later I contacted Joann Goodman she said I must leave it with her &she will let someone to contact me but still till now 25th May no one contacted me.
I am sick and tired of your bad service, this time I will never deal with DHL again.

I advise You to close DHL & go open a Mini vegetable Market
