Foul Language in business premises

I work for a car rental company near this particular panel beaters.
I had to deliver a vehicle to a customer who was to book her car in for panel beating at automagic, I happen to have parked the delivery vehicle on the drive way cousing a block on cars coming in and out, now the guy that works there (did not get his name and definitely not Morne) car flying to me with insults and swear words in front of his customers as well, I tried to call him to order but it seems that I was just aggravating the insults.
This man knows who he is and I feel that panel beater stuff needs to be trained on professionalism and self respect, because as I looked at him I felt sorry for him as one of his colleagues said that this is the way he treats people, I just hope that this behaviour gets noticed and corrected because it is highly unacceptable
