Terrible service

I have never seen such bad bad service in my life. We applied for a new clio 4 a week ago. and we are still waiting. we get absolutely no feedback from the sales lady. everytime we must phone her to get any feedback. and every time there is a different story. The car didn't arrive, the car is still at wheel allignment, the smash & grab has got a bubble in. Now the latest excuse is that we are now waiting for the contract from wesbank. After she promised us we can get the car today at 10. no we are once again waiting for something. If i hadn't paid my dep on that car i would go to another garage. i would never ever recommend someone to go and buy any car at renault witbank.
