Beware of calculations of Interest -in Contravene

I applied for a capital reduction on 18 February 2013.A electronic Payment was done from FNB-( Same bank as suppliers) on the 19/02/2013. Proof of payment was sent to them on the 19/02/13. The agreement clearly stipulates that the reduction will be done before the next payment. I received a sms stating that the deduction will be done after payment. I phoned them and wrote to them advising that it is incorrect and that I am not happy because Mercedes will earn additional interest which should be in favour of the client and not the company.
Mercedes ignored, my phone call, e-mail and their agreement and only did the deduction after payment has gone through.

I am battling since 01 March 2013 for them to amend this, but every time they have another excuse, .or will revert back to me., I have called for a meeting and as to date received no response or no-one reverted back to me.
This is about the principle and the calculations of interest. If Mercedes Benz Financing ignores my request, and the agreement how many other clients have the same problem or never worried to check because they assumed that it is correct?
