Shocking after sales service!!!

I purchased a Chery QQ 1.1 automatic in April 2011 brand new! This car started giving major problems last year July 2012. It would just cut out in traffic for no reason or stall and not start and get stuck in 1st gear. Chery's service agent dealing with this is McCarthy in Parow, Cape Town. My car has been back and forth to them constantly since July last year. Initially they could not find any fault and told me that the car does not do this when they test it. The service manager test drove the car with my husband 29 Nov last year and the car actually cut out on him (after they had " fixed" the problem!!). It cut out in traffic and almost rolled back into a police car. They took it back to their workshop and once again "fixed" the problem. We collected the car 10 Dec and it did the same again 1 week later. I get the impression that they know nothing about this car and simply cannot fix it. Because of this I have lost all faith in this vehicle. I have been struggling to get McCarthy to collect the car to fix it. I only get empty promises from them. I took out a warrantee but this clearly means nothing. I spent over R100, 000.00 on a car that I was able to use for 1 year!
