Faulty Car Now Refusing to Replace Car/Refund Me

I bought a Car from Louw & Kielblock Motors in Voortrekker Road in Cape Town. I saw the car on internet. We struck the deal and the Salesman JP, told me the car is clean and accident free. I got to Cape Town from Joburg and took delivery of the Microbus. I saw signs of paintwork and Lyndon said its just cosmetic work. I drove towards Joburg and the Aircon wasnt working or rather didnt have gas. I stopped in Paarl at SuperQuick and the Gassed the Aircon. After driving about 120 km the Aircon blew. I called the dealer and told them. they said i must drive they will fix it when i get to joburg. Thereafter was some terrible noise at the rear right wheel, and was some noise again when i get to speeds of 110-120km/h. I had to drive that microbus at not more that 100km/hour. there was also slippage in the clutch as well. this all happenned from day 1. I have asked them to look for another bus, they are playing hide and seek. I have asked for a refund, They took me to their lawyers. The bus has some welding marks on it and body part preparation on the righ rear side. Now they do not answer my phones they say i must speak to their lawyers. They must take the bus from me and refund me.
