Disgusting service, broken vehicle yet its new

Bought a tata super ace in January, biggest mistake of my life. Not even 10 000 km on and gearbox stuffed. Pinetown Tata is tryig to repair the vehicle for almost 2 weeks now, how pathetic and the service advisor Zora non stop, she assured me parts be there by wednesday latest and today is thursday.
