Disgusting service, broken vehicle yet its new

I am apalled at teh total lack of service from the pinetown tata multifranchise. When they sold me the vehicle it was all sweet talking, but now when it comes to service and sorting out the vehicle they dodge continually. I even mailed the customer service centre but nothing has been done. Now I know why so many people told me not to buy the tata super ace. What a disgusting experience, up to now the service center at tata has not sorted out the problems, her name was Mandy!!! rude and arrogant. I am sitting with a new broken tata super ace!!!
