Got a call only to be treared badly

Got a call from DHL SANDTON that I have a delivery that was to be done the next day. I was asked for my address which I gave only to be told that they will only deliver the parcel in two days. REASON: I gave an address in Hill brow and they are in Sandton!! Really?? How far is Hill brow from Sandton? The parcel came from Zimbabwe in a day and can only come to Hill brow in 2 days!! Come on!! This is urgent that's why it was couriered. and to fetch it myself is just an inconvenience. I think it's just bad service because I'm in Hill brow.
