Bad Service!!!

I have a Mitsubishi Outlander that i took to the Midrand Branch on th 30th May 2013 because it was misfiring when it was on idle and it would show the engine and battery warning light on the Dashboard. I was assisted by Kevin who immediately saw that the was a problem with the vehicle. Till today (09/05/2013) i have not received proper diagnosis of what the problem is with the car. Instead i have to make calls to the branch to find out if they have any feedback from me. Kevin has not called me once to give me feedback or keep me updated. Instead he returns my calls when i call Mitsubishi wanting to find out when i will be getting the car. This is an inconvinience for me as i use this car to travel to and from work. It's been over a week and they still don't know what the problem is let alone how to go about fixing it. I'm extremely irritated with the bad service and I will not be using the Midrand branch in future.
